The Beatles in Stereo Remastered Box Set

The Beatles classic LPs were originally digitally remastered and released on CD back in the late 1980s at that time mastering for CD was still a relatively new art and since that time a lot has been found out about how to master more effectively but most important is the incredible rate in technological advance over the past 20 years.

The many advances in digital mastering and all of the information learned of how to best make digital masters have been put to use with the Beatles remasters of 2009. On September 9, 2009 The Beatles released both The Beatles Remastered Stereo Box Set and The Beatles Mono Box Set. (more…)
